Quality Control Process
The extensive test criteria used in our inspections cover product function, performance, overall look, and dimensions. We use the internationally established ANSI / ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling approach for all non-food product inspections, guaranteeing that the inspected products are a representative sample and not a sample that the supplier wants you to test. The international Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standard is used to establish sample size and acceptance criteria.
Inspections of products can be carried out at any point of the manufacturing process:
- IPC – Initial Production Check Before Placement of Order
- POPI – Pre & Online Production Inspection
- PSI – Pre-Shipment Inspection
- CLC – Container Loading Check
- PM – Production Monitoring
- PAO (Preview at Origin) – Pre-Customs Clearance Inspection

Shipping Process
We offer corporate rates for international shipping lines with multiple ports, destinations, and routes around the world. We provide English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Chinese documentation for shipping containers internationally. As part of our services, we will complete and collect all documents necessary for the identification of your container, working together with your supplier and your forwarder to obtain information that is pertinent to your export and import procedures.
